No 3. Björn Heyn - Stillleben mit Stuhl & Blumen

Björn Heyn (b. 1992) works and lives in Berlin, Germany.

I am inspired by everyday, still life-like scenes, objects and their function. Arrangements of other, randomly positioned things, conversations or snapshots. Everything is archived and rearranged in a collage-like manner. My intuitive and momentary way of working enables me to playfully break down what I have seen into its components in order to reassemble them in a new order. Another great source of inspiration is my inner child, I draw on my own drawings from my childhood and youth and try to approach the childlike naive at certain moments.

I like cows, I guess they have a very calm and relaxed life.

Well I don't have a drivers license and I find them scary but practical.
